Frequently asked questions

  • What services do you offer?

We specialise in servicing and repairing European and Land Rover vehicles. Our services include routine maintenance such as log book servicing or general once overs if you are planning a long trip. We also are not afraid to complete complex diagnostics and repair works, engine repairs, brake services, timing belts / chains, exhaust manifolds and much more. We also offer restoration projects for vintage Land Rovers.

  • Do you offer any specialised services?

Yes, we pride on ourselves providing a local service to people in the South West of WA, and hope to save them any long trips to Perth to get their vehicle replaired. We do most jobs including comprehensive maintenance, intricate repairs, and performance enhancements. Our technicians have extensive experience and use the latest diagnostic tools to ensure the best services. If we don’t have the tool, we will do our best to get the tool to complete the repair or service that you require.

  • Can you service my car without it effecting the warrantee?

Yes, we can. According to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), qualified mechanical repairs can be performed by independent mechanics or workshops following manufacturer specifications without voiding a new car warranty. In order to maintain your warranty during a log book service, it is essential that the vehicle is serviced by a qualified technician using the appropriate parts, and we meet that criteria.

  • Will you repair a car that is not a European Model or Land Rover?

No, our services are focused on European cars and Land Rover vehicles: Land Rover, BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes, Mini, Jaguarm Renault, Aduid, Fiat etc. These are the specific areas where we possess the highest level of expertise and passion, allowing us to provide the best possible service. However, our technicans have had significant experience working with Nissans, LDV and MG models and may be happy to faciliate you - so give us a call and see how we can help you.

  • Where are you located?

We are located in the Light Industrial Area, in Busselton. Our exact address is 19 Trumper Drive, Busselton, WA, 6280.

  • I purchased my own parts. Will you install them?

For maintenance and repairs, unfortunately, we cannot use parts provided by the customer—we need to supply the parts ourselves. This policy ensures that we use the correct parts and that both parties are protected in case any issues arise. Our insurance does not cover problems caused by parts we did not supply. Legally, we are accountable for any failure or damage resulting from these parts.

However, for Land Rover restorations, we are open to collaborating on sourcing parts to meet your specific needs and help bring your Land Rover back to life.

Some parts we do source from the UK, so we kindly ask for your patience during this process.

  • Can I schedule an appointment online?

You can schedule a diagnostic appointment only through our website - You can do this here. A diagnostic appointment is the inital assessment of your vehicle, a appointment time of 1 hour will be allocated. You will recieve an email to confim that your preffered time has been accepted.

For anything more than the inital diagnostic process, we would prefer you to call or email. This is to ensure that the work you want us to carry out is correct and we allocate enough time to complete the job. Too many times people have been told that one thing is wrong with their car, when it is another thing, sometimes saving the customer thousands of dollars. A recent example is a customer was advised they needed a timing chain replacement, after a proper diagnosis it was a loose water pump rattling - This saved the customer in excess of $3500 of repairs.

Please call or email us to discuss any questions or if you would like to book an appointment.
